When will you dispatch my order?
We try our best to get orders out the same day — or the next working day if you order in the evening or at the weekend.
Where do you ship from?
We hold stock in two places: our EU warehouse in Vianen, the Netherlands, and our UK warehouse in Livingston, Scotland. Wherever we can, we'll send your whole order from the Netherlands. If we can't, but we can send it all from the UK, we'll do that instead. Just occasionally an order can only be completed by splitting it across both warehouses — if that happens, you'll see a delivery charge for each parcel at checkout before you pay. Whichever warehouse your Snags come from, you're always buying from Snag Europe B.V.
How long will delivery take?
It depends where you are. You'll see an estimated delivery time at checkout as a guide — your order can land just before or just after that.
How much is delivery?
Your exact cost is shown at checkout, based on where you are, what's in your basket, and which warehouse your order ships from. Orders from our EU warehouse can be delivered to your door or to a local pick-up point (usually a little cheaper); orders from our UK warehouse come by tracked delivery. All prices below include VAT where it applies.

Orders sent from the Netherlands to an EU address arrive with nothing more to pay — VAT is already included in the price you see. For destinations outside the EU (EFTA and the rest above), your own country may charge local import VAT, duties or handling fees when your order arrives.

From 1 July 2026, customs duties and fees apply to any order shipped from outside the EU. For orders we fulfil from the UK to an EU address, we calculate and charge any duties at checkout and ship on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, so there's nothing extra to pay when your order arrives. For destinations outside the EU, local import VAT, duties or handling fees may be charged by the destination country on arrival.
What about pre-orders?
Pre-orders (items you buy before they're back in stock) are sent from our UK warehouse and may carry a separate delivery charge, which we'll always show you at checkout. From time to time we run free pre-order shipping as a treat.
Changed your mind, or something's not right?
You can cancel any time before your order is dispatched — just email hello@snagtights.com. Once it's arrived you have a 14-day right to change your mind, on top of our 90-day returns promise. Returns go back to the warehouse your order came from (the Netherlands or the UK); when you book your return we'll give you the right address.
